氰化亚铜生产新工艺研究
Study of new production process of cuprous cyanide
【摘要】 在氯化钠浓溶液中通氯气将铜氧化生成NaCuCl2,再加入氰化钠溶液生成氰化亚铜沉淀。沉淀经氯化钠浓溶液洗涤和水洗干燥后即得产品。工艺生产周期短,设备简单,成本低,产品质量高,无废气,废渣和有毒废水排放。
【Abstract】 Cuprum was oxidized to NaCuCl2by passing over chlorine in concentrated NaCl solution. Then NaCN solution was added,and CuCN precipitate was formed. The product was gotten after washing the precipitate with concentrated NaCl solution and water and then drying it. The process has characters,such as short production cycle, simple equipment, low cost,high quality of product and no exhaustof waste gas,sludge and toxicwaste water.
