沉淀法白炭黑的合成工艺研究
Study on the synthetic technology of precipitated white carbon
【摘要】 研究了以水玻璃和硫酸为原料合成沉淀法白炭黑(即沉淀水合二氧化硅)的反应条件。研究发现:反应温度、反应时间、硫酸质量分数、搅拌速度、水玻璃模数对白炭黑的比表面积或DBP吸收值有不同程度的影响。结果表明:改变反应条件,可以合成产品性能具有较大差异性的系列化产品,从而扩大白炭黑的应用范围。
【Abstract】 Using waterglass and sulphuric acid as raw materials for the systhesis of the white carbon (i.e. precipitated hydrated silica) is studied.The studies show that reacting temperature,reacting time,sulphuric acid concentration, stiring rate of the reaction,modulus of waterglass can influence the specific surface area or dibutylphthalate absorption number of white carbon to a certain extent.The results show that a series of products with different properties can be obtained by varying reacting conditions,so the application field of the white carbon will be extended.
