硫铁矿烧渣酸解工艺研究
Study on acidation technology of pyrite slag
【摘要】 研究了硫铁矿烧渣酸解工艺及影响酸解的因素。通过正交试验,找到适宜的工艺条件:硫酸用量与渣质量比1~1 1mL/g、水用量与渣质量比0.75mL/g、熟化温度250~300℃、熟化时间1~1.5h,酸解率可达97%以上。制得的硫酸铁盐溶液可用作生产氧化铁系颜料的原料。
【Abstract】 The acidation technology of pyrite slag and its effect factors are studied.Through the test,the optimum process conditions are found as following:V(H2SO4)∶m(slag)=1~1.1 mL/g,V(H2O)∶m(slag)=0.75 mL/g,maturing temperature 250~300 ℃,maturing time 1~1.5 h.The acidation rate of pyrite slag can reach 97%and the iron sulfate solution obtained can be used as the raw material of preparing iron oxide series pigment.
