碳酸钾三效蒸发系统预热器火用经济分析及优化设计
Exergy analysis and optimization design of preheater in three-effect evaporation system of K2CO3 production
【摘要】 以年净收益最大为目标函数,以被预热的离子交换液出口温度为设计变量,考虑了回收热量的火用价格及年设备折旧费用,用C语言编制优化程序,对预热器进行了优化设计。结果表明碳酸钾三效蒸发系统加入预热器后,可取得显著的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The maximal net income pre-year and the final temperatureof the cold liquid are taken as object function and variable respectively, in the same time ,the exergy cost of recovery heat and the cost of equipment depreciation are taken into account . Using Turbo C to program,Exergy economic optimization of the preheater is made. From the result,it showed that by adding the reheation ,the remarkable economic benefit can be obtained.
