【Abstract】 The article contributes to discussing a development method of Management Information Systems [MIS] based on architecture-component technology dissertates the component design pensee in detail and prbposes a MIS design modei and steps. Then the design idea and the implementation process are specified on a development example of a library MIS [ LMIS].
