啤酒发酵过程温度特性分析及控制实现
The Analysis and Realization of Temperature Control Character in the Beer Fermen tation Process
【摘要】 针对啤酒发酵过程中的关键控制对象温度在其过程中的被控特性,引入以被调变量的偏差和偏差的变化趋势为依据的模糊智能控制算法,设计了啤酒发酵过程微机监控系统,并讨论了系统工程的软硬件实现的问题。系统实际运行效果表明该系统算法适应性和灵活性强,控制效果理想。
【Abstract】 The fuzzy intelligent control algorithm which is based on adjusted ob ject deviation and tendency of deviation aiming at the temperature controlled ch aracteristic in process of beer fermentation is presented in this paper. The aut omatic monitoring system including the realization of hardware and software is a lso designed and discussed. The physical running effect of system shows that the algorithm’s adaptability and flexibility and effect are satisfactory.
