燃料计划的网络流规划模型
The network f lows model for fuel planning
【摘要】 火电厂燃料计划是在确保发电燃料供应的条件下使发电燃料购买、运输和保存的费用达到最低,可用目标函数概括:C=CC+CT+CAmin。本文根据燃料计划的特点在考虑增益性、费用函数的非线性、燃料计划的多周期性的基础上逐步建立和完善了它的网络流规划模型.把燃料计划问题转换为网络的最小费用流问题来求解。
【Abstract】 The fuel planning of coal-fired power plant is to minimize the fuel cost of purchase, transport and store on the base of assuring the provision of generating fuel. The goal can be summarized by such function as C=CC +CT+CAmin. This paper addresses in making up the network flows model for fuel planning according to its specialty and accomplishing it step by step through thinking about its plus, non-linearity and periodical. So we can convert the realistic fuel planning into a minimum cost flows problem and find the answer ultimately.
