【Abstract】 The paper describes a measurement based on phase diagram which is used for detecting the dielectric loss of the electric equipments. A measuring system of dielectric loss tangent constructed with AT89c51 CPU and the configuration for total reconfigurable analog circuit is presented; Its hardware circuit and the configuration of TRAC020LH are described briefly.
