从不同氧化态锡盐水热合成法制备纳米SnO2粉体

【Abstract】 Institute of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering,Tianjin Polytechnic University,Tianjin300160)abstract:Nanocrystalline SnO 2 were prepared by a novel gel hydrothermal route from alcoholic solutions of tin(Ⅱ)abstract: and tin(Ⅳ)abstract: salts.X-ray diffraction analysis and transmission electron m icros copy showed that the resulting oxides were both in the form of powders having cr ystallites of about5nm in diameter.The formation procedures of the two precursor s and the gas-sensing properties of the two SnO 2 nanocrystals were compared.
