自动控制发蓝带钢中频加热装置的温度监测

【摘要】 文中介绍了一种用于计算机控制的发蓝带钢中频加热装置的温度监测实用系统以及相应的软件设计。实践证明,它具有加热控制启停快、加热效率高、温度控制精确等特点,有效地克服了负载变化和生产工艺中出现的断带、启停废料等问题。

【Abstract】 Introduces the design of a temperature inspecting practical system for a kind of autocontrolled middle frequency heating device for blue belt steel. Practice proves that it has rapid starting,stopping,and high efficiency in the control of heating. It also has high temperature control precision, and has availably overcome the problems such as broken belts and wastes produced by starting and stopping,during the changing of the load and the craft of production. The article mainly described the design of the software.
