超细Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷硬质相粉末的分散行为
Dispersion Behavior of Ultrafine Hard Phase Powders of Ti(C,N)-Based Cermets in Water and Absolute Ethyl Alcohol
【摘要】 通过粒径和ζ电位的测定,探讨了超细TiN、TiC和WC粉末在水溶液和无水乙醇中的分散行为以及表面活性剂对分散的影响.实验结果表明:分散介质的种类和介质的pH值对3种超细粉的分散效果有很大有影响,表面活性剂聚氧乙烯十二烷基醚和聚乙二醇可作为超细TiC粉末在水溶液和乙醇溶液中分散、以及超细WC在水溶液中分散的分散剂.
【Abstract】 By means of measurement of particle size andζ?potential, the dispersion behavior of ultrafine powders of TiN, TiC and WC as well as the effect of surfactants on dispersion in water and absolute ethyl alcohol were investigated. It was showed that the dispersive medium and the pH value in medium had an important influence on the dispersive effect of those ultrafine particles. The surfactants of polyoxyethylene dodecyl ether and polyethylene glycol might be used as dispersant for ultrafine TiC to disperse in water and absolute ethyl alcohol and for ultrafine WC to disperse in water.
