基于剩余强度的箱形梁类焊接结构可靠性分析
Analysis Method of Safety and Reliability on Box Beams Welding Structures
【摘要】 根据概率损伤容限分析及可靠性理论,提出了一种基于剩余强度的箱形梁类的焊接结构可靠性分析方法,给出该类结构疲劳裂纹随机扩展过程中较普适的α-αc干涉模型和结构疲劳可靠性表达式.在给定与疲劳寿命有关的各参数条件下求得动态可靠性曲线,从而在箱形梁类的焊接结构设计中,很方便地根据可靠性要求确定或选择设计参数以及设备在使用过程中按周期检查和维修.
【Abstract】 On the basis of probabilistic damage tolerance and reliability theory,an analysis method of safty and reliability of box beams welding structure is proposed. And a universal model of fatigue crack random propagation and the formula of structural fatigue reliability are also given. By given parameters of fatigue life this article gets the dynamic reliability curve;and according to the requirement of reliability or selected design parameters of box beam welding structures,it is easy to periadically check and maintain in service.
