【Abstract】 The car real driving cycle usually is a velocity-time curve based on times. The development of car real driving cycle is studied, especially in Europe, America, Japan and so on. It is shown that from the road investigation period to the validation of the driving cycle, the development of the car real driving cycle is divided into five basic stages.
