【摘要】 本文对我国电子政务的建设面临的背景和挑战进行了分折,进而对我国电子政务建设的应对措施进行了较深入的探讨。指出:①建公共服务信息化系统,是电子政务建设的战略选择;②统一规划、整合资源,是避免政务"信息孤岛"的必由之路;③借鉴国外先进经验是缩小我国与发达国家电子政务差距的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the background, challenges and stages of China’s E-government development. On this basis, how to meet the challenges has been elaborated. It is pointed out that : the construction of a public service information system is the strategic choice;"to unify planning and integrate resources so to avoid information island" is a must; and to draw on foreign successful experience to narrow the gap in E-government development between China and advanced countries is a short-cut.更多还原
