有机氯农药在长江武汉段的残留状况调查
Investigation of organochlorine pesticides residue in Wuhan section of the Yangtze River
【摘要】 以αHCH、βHCH、γHCH、δHCH、p,p DDE、p,p DDD、o,p DDT、p,p DDT、六氯苯等9种有机氯农药为目标污染物,用索氏提取和气相色谱法对长江武汉段进行调查后发现在长江武汉段水体悬浮物和表层沉积物中均存在六六六(HCH)和滴滴涕(DDT)类有机氯农药残留.六六六在悬浮物中的检出含量范围为0.23~1.90ng/g,平均含量为0.76ng/g;在沉积物中的检出含量范围为0.30~1.94ng/g,平均含量为0.52ng/g.滴滴涕类在悬浮物中的含量范围是18~4.67ng/g,平均含量为1.31ng/g;在沉积物中的含量范围是0.34~4.35ng/g,平均含量为1.47ng/g.此次调查对长江武汉段有机氯农药污染状况提供了一个全面系统的了解,为保护水资源环境、改善水的质量提供全面和重要的科学依据.
【Abstract】 By Soxhlet phase extraction and GC analysis the organochlorine pesticides residue in the suspended solid and the sediment of Wuhan section of the Yangtze River was investigated.The results showed that the contents of HCHs in the sediment in Wuhan section of the Yangtze River were 0.231.90 ng/g;contents of DDTs in the suspended solid in Wuhan section of the Yangtze River were 0.184.67 ng/g,the contents of HCHs in the sediment were 0.301.94 ng/g;contents of DDTs in the sediment were 0.344.35 ng/g.The result indicated that residues of DDTs were slightly higher than those of HCHs.
