两株芽孢杆菌对磷矿粉中磷的浸出能力研究

【摘要】 以巨大芽孢杆菌和多粘芽孢杆菌为实验菌种,研究了不同磷矿粉用量、培养时间以及碳源物质和氮源物质的质量分数对细菌培养液中的磷浸出率和pH值的影响.结果表明:两株菌种均显著提高了细菌培养液中磷的浸出率,最高达到3.3%,且多粘芽孢杆菌的溶磷能力比巨大芽孢杆菌稍强.随着磷矿粉用量增加,磷的浸出率显著降低,pH值逐渐升高,但当磷矿粉用量超过10g/L后,pH值稳定在一定水平.培养时间越长,磷的浸出率越高,到培养的第15d达到最高值,此后不再明显升高.另外,碳源物质和氮源物质的质量分数在3%时磷的浸出率最高,质量分数过高或过低均抑制了磷的浸出.

【Abstract】 The rate of phosphorus leaching and pH in bacteria culture medium under different content of rock phosphate and mass fraction of carbon source material and nitrogen source material as well as different culture time were studied by two strains of Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus polymyxa.The results show that both Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus polymyxa increase the rate of phosphorus leaching in bacteria culture medium,and the highest of it is 3.3%.The capacity of rock phosphate dissolving of Bacillus polymyxa is better than that of Bacillus megaterium.Increasing the content of rock phosphate,the rate of phosphorus leaching obviously descends,and pH gradually goes up,but when the content of rock phosphate exceeds 10 g/L,pH is at the certain level.More of culture time,more of the rate of phosphorus leaching,and it attains tiptop when cultured to the fifteenth day,and no longer goes up obviously.Moreover,the rate of phosphorus leaching is highest when the concentration of carbon source material and nitrogen source material is 3%,higher or lower of it restrains the rate of phosphorus leaching.
