发动机减振皮带轮性能研究及测试系统的开发
Research on Characteristics of the Damping Pulley and the Development of Testing System
【摘要】 汽车上使用的减振皮带轮 ,其内外圈间填充特殊橡胶 ,通过它可以降低皮带轮运转过程中的谐振振幅 ,减缓变速时的冲击。橡胶的减振机理类似减振弹簧 ,要保证最佳效果 ,需要选择合适的阻尼系数 cp。在试验台架上模拟减振皮带轮的实际运转 ,借助一系列传感器检测轮面谐振幅度 ,温度 ,内外圈相对扭转等参数 ,通过软件进行分析比较从而找到减振皮带轮设计的最佳方案
【Abstract】 Between the inner ring and outer ring of damping pulley, there is a layer of special rubber, which can reduce the amplitude of resonance and relax the impact caused by change of load. The mechanism of rubber’s shock absorbing is similar to that of a damping spring. We should select appropriate damping coefficient—? 玞 p to assure optimal damping effect. The function of test bed is to simulate the working status of damping pulley so that we can measure resonance amplitude and temperature of pulley and the torsion angle by using a series of sensors. After analyzing and comparing those data with a computer, we can get the best damping coefficient.
