【摘要】 阐述了玻璃钢夹砂管道的管壁结构特性 ,研究了矿物复合填料 FSMF在玻璃钢夹砂管道中的应用 ,结果表明 :在树脂中加入 30 %的 FSMF,可提高夹砂层的弯曲强度、弹性模量、刚度和韧性 ;在树脂中加入 2 5 %～ 30 %的 FSMF,可提高缠绕层的轴向拉伸强度、刚度、硬度、耐磨性能 ,降低成本约 12 %。显示出该矿物复合填料良好的功能性更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the wall structure of FRMP and studied the application of FSMF in FRMP. The results showed the following:bend strength、bend modulus、stiffness and toughness of the mortar layer has improved when 30% of FSMF is added to resin. The axis tensile strength、stiffness、hardness and wearlessness of winding layer has improved when 25%~30% of FSMF is added to resin. Therefore, the addition of FSMF to mortar layer and winding layer of the FRMP will improve the mechanical properties and also lower the cost.更多还原
