四极法评价混凝土中钢筋腐蚀
Assessment of Corrosion Severity of Steel Embedded in Concrete Using Four-electrode Array
【摘要】 利用地球物理勘探过程中常用的四极法测定了含氯盐及亚硝酸盐钢筋混凝土中钢筋与混凝土界面的阻抗谱参数 ,同时测定自然电位、腐蚀面积率、钢筋失重率等 ,确定了阻抗谱参数与钢筋腐蚀程度的关系。试验结果表明 ,亚硝酸盐在含氯盐混凝土中具有良好的抑制钢筋腐蚀的能力 ,四极法可以评价混凝土中钢筋腐蚀程度。
【Abstract】 The frequency dependent impedance of the interface between concrete and reinforcing steel bars were measured to determine the corrosion state using geophysical prospecting four-electrode array on the surface of the concrete containing various quantities of chloride salt and nitrite salt. At the same time, the measurement of the half-cell potentials, weight loss and corroded area by corrosion of the reinforcing bars were conducted to examine the relationship between the impedance of surface and the degrees of corrosion. The results confirm that the calcium nitrite shows excellent behavior for corrosion protection of reinforcing steels in concrete containing chloride salt and the four-electrode array is an effective method to study the corrosion process.
