GFRP筋加强混凝土的粘结性能研究
Bond Properties Investigation of GFRP Bars Reinforced Concrete
【摘要】 采用拔出试验研究分析了玻璃纤维增强塑料 (GFRP)筋和呋喃混凝土、普通水泥混凝土之间的粘结性能 ,比较了对 GFRP筋表面进行不同方法处理后的拔出强度 ,并对 GFRP筋加强呋喃混凝土梁进行了弯曲试验分析 ,结果表明当对 GFRP筋表面进行缠绕纤维等处理后它与混凝土之间的粘结强度将得到较大提高 ,相对于普通混凝土来说 GFRP筋与呋喃树脂混凝土之间具有更好的粘结性能 ,并且在梁中使用 GFRP筋代替普通钢筋可以使梁承受更高的破坏荷载和更好的防腐性能
【Abstract】 This paper present a study on the behavior of furan resin concrete reinforced with GFRP bars and GFRP bars reinforcing concrete. The pull-out test and four-point flexural test were used to investigate the bond performance between GFRP bars and furan resin concrete. The bond strength of GFRP bars of different surface disposal was compared and also the GFRP bars reinforced furan resin concrete beam by flexural test was also studied. The conclusions indicated that the bond strength between concrete and GFRP bars which the surface is being wrapped up in fiber increased greatly and it also make the beams with higher load support capability and resistance to corrosion and therefore use GFRP bars to replace steel in beam.
