【Abstract】 Aiming at the identification,development and utilization of the core competencies of an enterprise,systems engineering′s thoughts,theories and methods are employed.The excellent appropriate conclusions of systems science,complexity science,information science,biology science and controlling theories are widely used.On the base of the integration of modern management theories,methods and technologies and from the strategy-oriented angle,the notion of core competencies-oriented integration of an enterprise system is put forward and the overall frameworks are presented.The preliminary exploration on the facilitating mechanism of the integration of an enterprise system is made so as to help the enterprise to improve its long-run performance in its entirety in complex and changeable external environments and push the formation of a system of the integrative management theories,methods and technologies.更多还原
