用于亲和检测的压电生物传感器
Piezoelectric Biosensor for the Monitoring of Affinity Reaction
【摘要】 利用抗原 -抗体、核酸、酶 -底物、细菌 (细胞 ) -受体、配体 -受体之间的亲和作用 ,结合压电晶体的高灵敏度 ,已经产生了新一代能方便地在气相或液相中检测的生物传感器。这类生物传感器在临床检验 ,食品卫生 ,环境监测 ,以及其他化学分析和生物分析等领域有广泛重要的应用 ,适合在线监控以及进行分子作用动力学研究。介绍了压电生物传感器的原理和工作模式、适合制作生物传感器的压电材料、表面修饰技术、当前的发展前沿以及国内的研究动态。
【Abstract】 The new generation of biosensors have been created by combining the high sensitivity of piezoelectric crystal and the specificity of antigen-antibody,nucleic acid,enzyme-substrate,bacteria (cell)-receptor,ligand-receptor interaction. They are easy-controlled,suitable for on-line monitoring and doing research of kinetics of molecular interaction,and can be used in both air and liquid. They are widely used for clinic detection,food health,environmental monitoring and other chemical or biological analysis. This paper introduced the principle of piezoelectric biosensor,the materials and sound-wave modes for biosensors,surface modification,as well as the current research and development advances.
