【Abstract】 It is very difficult to obtain fine grain diamond carbide compact for cutting tool.The main reason is that fine grain diamond powder has a huge surface area volume ratio,rustling in capturing more impurities,and it′s hard to mix it well with catalyst solvent metal powder.Experiments show that well sintered fine grain diamond carbide compact for cutting tool can be obtained by using appropriate coarser diamond powder.更多还原
