【摘要】用熔盐法合成了片状 Sr Bi4 Ti4 O1 5粉体 ,对其微观形貌进行了分析 ,讨论了不同温度对合成物相的影响。在 85 0～ 10 0 0℃之间 ,随着温度的升高 ,合成粉体的片状结构更趋明显 ,从 XRD图谱可以看出 ,和 SEM相对应 ,用熔盐法合成的粉体烧结后 (0 0 1)面的取向性很明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,SrBi₄Ti₄O 15 flake powder was synthesized by molten salt synthesis method（MSS）. The microstructure and the phase of reaction products for different synthesis temperature were detected by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and scanning electron microscope （SEM）. During 850¹ 000 ℃, the flake structure of powder was much more distinct with the temperature increased. The sample of the sintered by using the SrBi₄Ti₄O 15 flake powder was oriented at （00l） grain plane.更多还原
