熔盐法合成SrBi4Ti4O15片状铁电陶瓷粉末
Processing of SrBi4Ti4O15 Powder by Molten Salt Synthesis Method
【摘要】 用熔盐法合成了片状 Sr Bi4 Ti4 O1 5粉体 ,对其微观形貌进行了分析 ,讨论了不同温度对合成物相的影响。在 85 0~ 10 0 0℃之间 ,随着温度的升高 ,合成粉体的片状结构更趋明显 ,从 XRD图谱可以看出 ,和 SEM相对应 ,用熔盐法合成的粉体烧结后 (0 0 1)面的取向性很明显。
【Abstract】 In this paper,SrBi4Ti4O 15 flake powder was synthesized by molten salt synthesis method(MSS). The microstructure and the phase of reaction products for different synthesis temperature were detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). During 8501 000 ℃, the flake structure of powder was much more distinct with the temperature increased. The sample of the sintered by using the SrBi4Ti4O 15 flake powder was oriented at (00l) grain plane.
