功能型二元酸的制备
Synthesis of Novel Functional Diacids
【摘要】 以四氢呋喃作溶剂,用具有生物相容性的己二酸酐分别与甘氨酸、L 丙氨酸以及邻羟基苯甲酸反应,一步合成了3种功能型二元酸:5 羧甲基氨基甲酰戊酸、5 (1 羧乙基)氨基甲酰戊酸、己二酸单(2 羧苯酚)酯.对反应中间体和目标化合物进行红外(IR)光谱、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)表征,证实了它们的结构和组成.同时探讨了反应溶剂及反应时间对产物合成的影响.
【Abstract】 5-(Carboxymethyl-carbamoyl)-pentanoic acid, 5-(1\|carboxy-ethylcarbamoyl)-pentanoic acid and hexanedioic acid mono-(2-carboxy-phenyl) ester were synthesized by reacting adipic anhydride with glycine, L\|alanine and o-hydroxy benzoic acid respectively, using anhydrous THF as solvent. The intermediate and objective products were identified by spectrum of IR,1H NMR. The influence of solvent and reaction time had been studied.
