N-苯氨基丙基烷氧基硅烷的合成
Synthesis of N-Phenylaminopropylalkoxysilane
【摘要】 利用氯烃基烷氧基硅烷与苯胺反应的方法分别合成了N 苯氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N 苯氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N 苯氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷以及N 苯氨基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷,并对反应条件进行了优化.结果表明:在最佳反应条件下,4种产品的产率分别可达74%,81%,64%,69%,纯度皆可达95%以上.产品经红外光谱、核磁共振谱确证了其结构.
【Abstract】 N-phenylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N-phenylaminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-phenylaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane and N-phenylaminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane were prepared by amination of gamma-chloropropylalkoxysilanes with aniline. Under the optimum reaction conditions, The better yield and purity were obtained. The yields of the four products are over 74%,81%,64%,69% respectively and the purities are over 95%. All the products were characterized by IR and1H NMR.
