新型全塑人手孔性能试验研究
Experimental Study of Performances of a New Type Plastic Man-hand Hole
【摘要】 为了解决传统通讯管道人手孔存在的费时费工等问题,采用硬质聚氯乙稀板材加工制造了一种新型人手孔.通过对该种新型全塑人手孔材料的力学性能、抗冻性能、抗老化性能以及对人手孔承载力的试验,研究了新型人手孔应用于实际工程中的可行性.结果表明:该种新型全塑人手孔完全可以用于工程实践中,为通讯管道人手孔提供了一种新的选择.
【Abstract】 To solve the traditional long-term and labour-consuming problems existed in communication pipe-line man-hand hole, a new type man-hand hole by processing hard material PVC is proposed. Thefeasibility for application of new type plastic man-hand hole in practical projects through the experiments on its functions of mechanics, anti-freezing,anti-ageing and experiments on its loading power is studied. The results indicate that the newtype plastic man-hand hole can be completely appliel to project practice and offer a kind of new choice to the communication pipe-line man-hand hole.
