高层建筑深基坑支护技术分析

【摘要】 针对某高层建筑基坑工程场地狭窄 ,周边环境严峻 ,地下水位高 ,基坑土性差 ,开挖面积大及深度深等问题。通过优化设计 ,对基坑支护结构 ,采用上部放坡卸载支护与钻孔灌注桩排加内支撑、锚杆相结合的复合支护体系 ,地下水控制采用悬挂式竖向隔渗墙和坑内中深井降水相结合的联合处理措施 ,并运用信息化施工管理技术 ,实践证明取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 A high building is located at the downtown district in Hankou. The foundation pit engineering is complex. The place is narrow and the ground conditions are poor.The groundwater has high level and the foundation soil is bad .The excavation is with large area and deep depth. Using optimizing design, the supporting structure in the foundation pit is chosen as a compound system. Sloping excavation in the upper part is used to unload. The bored pouring piles and inside prop and anchor poles are combined to be the supporting system. The groundwater are controlled by the perpendicular water-proof wall and the deep-well dewatering. In the construction processes, the information technique is applied. The practice shows that the present method achieved good results.
