铜镍铬锆合金的组织和性能研究
Study on the Microstructure and Properties of the CuNiCrZr Alloy
【摘要】 CuNiCrZr合金经较佳工艺 (95 0℃× 1.5h固溶 +30 %冷变形 +480℃× 3h时效水冷 )处理后 ,合金具有较高的强度、硬度、导电率和软化温度 ,合金的性能达到较佳的配合。
【Abstract】 The CuNiCrZr alloy has higher strength, hardness, conductivity and softening temperature after solution(950℃×1.5 h), cold-working(30%),ageing(480℃×3h cooling-water) treatment, and its properties are well co-ordinated.
