加拿大初中职业指导课程的开发与启示

【摘要】 加拿大重视发展职业教育,尤其强调发展初中职业教育。加拿大初中设立职业指导课程的基本理念、制订的职业指导课程的系统目标、开发构建的四个职业指导课程模块,以及采取的有效教学方法和措施等为我们提供了有益的信息。加拿大初中职业指导课程的开发给予我们的重要启示是:应树立明确而科学的课程观;设立实际有效的课程目标;创建实用系统的职业指导课程模块;采取灵活多样的教学方式和措施。

【Abstract】 Canada stresses on developing vocational education,especially emphasizing middle level voca-tional education,which has been developed effectively in Canada.We could get great benefits from the dif-ferent aspects of the development of middle level career guidance curriculum,such as the philosophy and ra-tionale,the aim and goals,and the four models.The instructing and learning strategies and methods also offer valuable experiences for us.The development of middle level career guidance curriculum can give us some inspiration as follows:renewing the philosophy and rationale of vocational education,setting up the aim and goals of curriculum,creating and constructing the model of curriculum,and employing the varied instructing and learning strategies and methods.
