ICP-AES法测定高、中、低碳锰铁中磷
Measurement on Content of P in High,Medium and Low Carbon Manganese Iron by ICP-AES Method
【摘要】 用等离子发射光谱法测定高、中、低碳锰铁合金中的磷元素 ,试样用少量硝酸和盐酸在加热条件下分解 ,经过系列试验 ,选择仪器的工作条件 ,进行测定 ,建立了一套分析方法 ,方法精密度RSD小于 5 % ,经对照分析 ,分析结果令人满意。本方法快速准确 ,精密度良好 ,完全可以满足生产需要。
【Abstract】 The phosphorous content in the high,medium and low carbon manganese iron alloy is measured up by ICP-AES method in which trace amount of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid is dissolved under the heating condition.The work conditions for the instruments are determined and a set of analytical method established through a series experiments.The accuracy of this process RSD is less than 5?% and satisfactory results are achieved by comparative analysis.This method is believed to be fast and accurate and can basically meet needs in actual production condition.
