【摘要】 随着武钢炼钢溅渣护炉、煤粉喷吹等项目的投运 ,武钢中压氮气的用量大幅增长 ,由于中压氮气使用工艺的特殊性及传统的测量手段的局限性导致中压氮气用得越多 ,配损越大。为真实反映中压氮气用量 ,给生产调度、统计计划和成本核算提供可靠的数据和依据 ,开展了中压氮气平衡技术攻关 ,降低了配损。更多还原

【Abstract】 The consumption of medium pressure nitrogen has been increased by a great margin in WISCO since commissioning of such a few technical engineering projects as furnace protection by slag splash and pulverized coal injection in the steel-making process.The unique process of medium pressure nitrogen usage and the limitation of traditional means for measurement of the gas inevitably lead to an ever increase of consumption and loss of the gas.To truly reflect the quantity of medium pressure N consumption and provide reliable data for production scheduling,statistical planning as well as cost accounting purposes the team work for tackling the technical problem on the balance of the medium pressure nitrogen has been carried out.As the results loss of the gas in the process of distribution has been cut down.更多还原
