【Abstract】 By corresponding amino acid residues with its hydrophobic value one by one,the hydrophobic value sequence that denotes the amino acid residues sequence is gained . Then give the prediction to hydrophobic value of unbeknown residues by using gray forecasting model, to reach the aim of predicting residues indirectly .The feasibility of the method is indicated by the actual calculation.更多还原
