【摘要】 目的:建立一套科学、完整、规范的社区卫生服务管理制度。方法:文献研究、调查研究、专题讨论。结果:各市均制定了一些制度,但不健全,也不规范。91.6％的人认为制定管理制度是必要的,37.9％的人认为现行管理制度存在较多问题,60.0％的人认为应尽快完善管理制度。建议:要充分认识管理制度制定的必要性和科学性,要确立管理制度制定的依据和原则,要制定、颁布实施统一的《社区卫生服务管理制度》。更多还原
