【摘要】 采取分层整群抽样的调查方法,选取辽宁省14个市95家社区卫生服务机构作为分析样本。对公有社区卫生服务机构和私有社区卫生服务机构在基本情况、人员效率、服务功能及服务效率等方面进行分析比较。重点分析了两者在资源配置、“六位一体”服务项目开展情况、服务提供量和效率等方面的差异。旨在对全省社区卫生服务发展现状进行了解,对社区卫生服务组织的多元化结构进行探讨,为解决城市社区卫生服务中存在的主要问题,制定符合实际的社区卫生服务主体政策和相关策略提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research adopts investigation methods of stratified sampling and cluster sampling,chooses 95 community health service organizations in 14 cities of Liaoning Province as a analysis sample.The general condition of these organizations is analyzed,and the comparative analysis is done between public ones and private ones in such aspects as basic condition,personnel efficiency and service funciton.The analysis is focused on the difference between them in resource collocating,“six aspects as a whole" service items,service supply and service effiency.The objective is to understand the developing status of the whole provincial community health service and to discuss the multi-component constructure of community health service organizations.So it offers scientific basis for solving principal problems and establishing practial policy.更多还原
