【Abstract】 After performing a careful diagnosis of the rural health care problems and causes,Harvard University faculty led team proposed the Rural Mutual Health Care(RMHC).This paper described the theoretical and conceptual framework of RMHC that could reduce the cost and improve the quality of basic health services,and reduce the poverty generated by medical expenses.We also present the design of our social experiments that translate the concepts to actual operations,testing the implementation of RMHC.更多还原
