【摘要】 为了了解医院吸收资本的情况,我们调查了浙江省温州、台州、宁波、杭州等地的19家医院和9家投资单位。结论:社会资本具有投资医院的意愿和能力,医院具有吸收社会资本的愿望和能力,但是,必须制定相关政策。建议:加强对社会资本投资医院的宏观调控;提供平等竞争的投资环境;加强对民营医院的规范化管理;加强对非营利性医院经营活动的监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the situation of how hospitals draw the capital from society,we investigated 19 hospitals and 9 investment companies.The Conclusions is that the capital from the society has the desire and capability to invest hospitals while hospitals have the desire and capability to draw the capital from the society.Therefore the related policies must be established.Four suggestions are brought out in this article.That is the government should have macro structural adjustment and control towards the investing hospitals by the capital from society,the investing environment which can show the fair competition should be provided.The standardized administration towards the nogovernmental hospitals should be enhanced and the governmental administration and surveillance towards nonprofit hospitals should be strengthened.更多还原
