减小永磁直线同步电动机磁阻力的一种控制算法
The control algorithm to reduce the effects of the detent force of PMLSM
【摘要】 本文提出了一种减少永磁直线同步电动机磁组力(齿槽力)影响的一种控制算法。此方法建立在磁阻力曲线(永磁直线同步电动机位置为变量的函数曲线)的傅立叶分析基础之上,同时又建立了控制算法的数学模型。介绍了在电机设计的过程中通常采用减小永磁直线同步电动机磁阻力的几种措施,实验验证了此算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a control algorithm to reduce the effects of detent force(cogging force)of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,which is based on Fouries analysis of the detent force curve as a function of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor position,and the model of the control scheme is developed.The paper,moreover,introduces simple several methods to increase detent force of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor during motor geometric design.Finally,the experimental tests have performed to verify the control algorithm the excellent results.
