一种新型步进电机脉冲分配器的研究
Reaserch of a New Stepping Motor Pulse Distributor
【摘要】 介绍了驱动步进电动机用的一种新型脉冲分配器,该脉冲分配器电路采用基于Mealy状态机机理的VHDL描述,并以两种可综合的描述方案分别在CPLD和FPGA器件上综合实现与验证。通过分析这两种硬件描述方案实际综合的结果,说明了其各自的特点。用VHDL描述在可编程逻辑器件上实现步进电机脉冲分配器的硬件设计方案,其控制功能可扩展性好,能方便地构成各种步进电机控制系统,系统结构紧凑,可靠性高,成本低廉,有较高的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 A new stepping motor pulse distributor witch is described use VHDL based on Mealy state machine is presented in this article.Two realizable describing methods are introduced and they are realized on CPLD and FPGA devices. The performance is analyzed by comparing the result of actual synthesis. The two approach based on VHDL have compact structure, high reliability, extendibility and provide a practical way of low cost stepping motor control system.
