【摘要】 目的探讨整合素β1在胃癌中的表达及其生物学行为的关系,并进行临床病理学评估。方法　采用S-P免疫组化方法检测整合素β1在64例胃癌原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中的表达情况。结果 原发灶癌细胞β1的表达率为90.63％左右,淋巴结转移性胃癌组织β1阳性表达率可高达100％,淋巴结转移灶中癌细胞呈非均质性强着色,非转移性淋巴结的淋巴细胞中均未观察到β1阳性产物的表达,胃癌原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中整合素β1表达程度明显强于邻近正常胃黏膜。结论 整合素β1与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移状况等临床病理因素密切相关,其表达的检测对评估胃癌淋巴结转移程度和分析胃癌分期具有一定临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of integrin β1 in gastric carcinoma and its lymphmetastasis,and the relationship between integrin β1 and biological behavior of gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry method of S-P was used to examine integrin β1 in gastric carcinoma and its lymphmetastasis. We detected the expression of Integrin β1 by HPINS-2000 image analysis software. Results Positive integrin β1 expression was observed in 90.63 % of the gastric cancer cases, and almost 98.44% of the gastric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis. The cancerous cells in metastatic lymph nodes showed strong immunoreactivity, but normal lymphatic cells did not. The degree of enhancement of immunoreactivity in gastric carcinoma and its lymphmetastases was obviously stronger than that in normal gastric tissuses. Conclusion The expression of integrin β1 was closely related to clinical pathological factors of gastric carcinoma, such as the degree of differentiation and invasion , meastasis of lymph modes and liver. It may be useful to evaluated the degree of lymphmetastases in gastric carcinoma and analyze the stage of gastric carcinoma by detecting expression of integrin β1 in gastric carcinoma and its lymph nodes.更多还原
