基片集成波导定向耦合器的仿真与实验研究
Investigations on Directional Couplers Based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide
【摘要】 基片集成波导 (SIW )是一种新型的高Q值、低损耗集成导波结构 ,易于设计和加工 ,可以广泛应用于微波毫米波集成电路中。由于与传统矩形波导的相似性 ,很多设计概念可以借用 ,比如波导功分器、滤波器、天线等。在本文中 ,我们用这种导波结构实现了两种定向耦合器 ,其结构紧凑 ,实验结果与仿真结果吻合。
【Abstract】 Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is a new type of guided wave structure which could be implemented in microwave as well as millimeter wave integrated circuits. Many design concepts of conventional wavguide could be transfered to this new platform, such as the waveguide divider, filter, antenna, etc. In this paper, two kinds of directional couplers based on SIW are investigated. Simulation and experimental results are in good agreement.
