高沸醇木质素改性丁腈橡胶
Modification of NBR with HBS Lignin
【摘要】 高沸醇(HBS)木质素是用高沸醇溶剂法从松木、稻草中提取的一种新型的环保材料。研究了HBS木质素羟甲基化改性后共沉物对NBR补强效果的影响。由产物的红外光谱可知,HBS木质素的羟甲基化是可以进行的。试验结果表明,添加HBS木质素能改善NBR的性能,尤其是拉断伸长率有明显的提高,还有良好的耐老化性能,明显优于炭黑。
【Abstract】 HBS(High Boiling Solvent)lignin was extracted from pine of rice straws by using high boiling alcohol as a solvent.HBS lignin is a novel environment friendly material.According to IR spectra analysis,it was found that HBS lignin could be modified by hydroxymethylation with formaldehyde.The properties of NBR-modified lignin composites were investigated.Mechanical test results showed that modified HBS lignin could improve the properties of NBR,especially the elongation at break.The anti-aging properties of HBS lignin modefied NBR was better than that of carbon black modified NBR.
