【Abstract】 The evaluation of a new product development scheme is a complicated multi-attribute decision-making problem. This paper established a evaluating indexes setup for a new product development scheme by using AHP-method. A method of synthetic evaluation to a new product development scheme was raised,based on attribute synthetic assessment method.
