【摘要】 调查了江苏省体育教练员对岗位培训内容的需求状况,通过归纳发现:江苏省教练员对专项身体训练方法、运动生物科学、竞技运动管理、运动心理、基本技能等5类培训内容表现出较高的认同度和主体需求;同时就制定教练员岗位培训大纲、编写培训教材、探索更有效的培训教学模式等方面提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By methods of questionnaire,interview,literature,etc.,we investigated the conditions and demands of vocational training for coaches of Jiangsu Province.We concluded that,in Jiangsu Province,coaches express comparatively high recognition and subjective demands on vocational training,which concerns to five categories: special physical training methods,movement bioscience,sports management,kinetic psychology and basic skills.Meanwhile,an outline on vocational training for coaches was drawn up;some training materials were written out;some proposals have been put forward to explore a more effective teaching mode on vocational training.更多还原
