男性青少年骨密度与下肢跳跃能力的关系及运动训练对其影响
The relationship between bone mineral density and jump power of the inferior limb in male teenagers and the effect of sport training
【摘要】 探讨青春发育期男性青少年在生长发育过程中骨密度(bonemineraldensity,BMD)值与下肢跳跃能力的关系及运动训练对其影响。对10~20岁男性青少年63名,依据年龄分为10~15岁和16~20岁组;依据是否从事规律的运动训练,再分为运动员组和非运动员组。超声法测量跟骨BMD,下肢跳跃能力指标使用日产ReboundJumping测跳仪测量。结果:男性青少年的BMD在整个青春期呈上升趋势,且10~15岁和16~20岁组BMD有显著性差异;运动组和非运动组的BMD也呈显著性差异,提示早期运动训练可以改变骨密度;男性青少年的BMD与反映下肢跳跃能力的指标具有明显相关性,且此相关度受运动训练的影响,运动训练具有正向促进作用。
【Abstract】 To know the relationship between bone mineral density and jump power of the inferior limb in male teenagers and the effect of sport training on it,63 Shanghai schoolboys aged 10-20 years were measured, and they were divided into 10-15 years group (including 26 subjects ) and 16-20 years group (including 37 subjects). Each of the group was re-divided into exercise-training group and non-exercise-training group. The values of BMD were detected by the Hologic Sahara Clinical Bone Sonometer, the jump performances were measured by the Rebound Jumping Device. results: The values of BMD show a increasing tendency during adolescence. And there are significant differences of the values of BMD between 10-15years group and 16-20 years group;The values of BMD in training groups were significant difference with the values of BMD in non- training groups,which showed exercise-training can increase the values of BMD;The index reflecting the jump power of the inferior limb has a significant correlation with the values of BMD,and sport training can affect this correlation.
