【摘要】 通过文献资料调研以及心理测量、数理统计等方法对术科教师性格特征进行了研究,研究结果表明:1)术科课教师大部分属于活泼、务实、稳定、积极的D型性格类型,性格特质通常表现为主动、乐观、稳健、灵活、好奇、自信、合作、善交际;2)不同性别、项目的术科课教师在性格特质得分上没有显著性差异(P>0.05),术科课教师的12种性格特质随教龄发展的模式有两种,即相对稳定模式和波动上升模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary,investigation,mental testing,mathematical statistics,this paper makes study on personality of technique class teachers in order to provide theoretical references for improving teacher quality and teaching reform.The result shows that technique class teachers belong to D type of personality that is lively,practical,steady going and active.Personality traits are initiative,optimism,,steadiness,agility,curiousness,self-confident,cooperation and sociability.There has no significant different in personality characteristics among different ages.With the increase of teaching experience,there are two patterns of personality trait,that is relatively steady pattern and fluctuate rising pattern.更多还原
