【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper analysis the current situation of talented athletes cultivating and necessary basic and condition of coaches.The results that overall level of coaches is higher and sports equipment is perfect,but cultivating system is unreasonable and lacks exchange in length and breadth.It is not useful for sustained development of sports in Guangdong province.更多还原
