【摘要】 对湖北省中学体育教师的年龄结构、学历层次、知识结构、职称结构和体育教师的工作学习条件及体育教学训练环境等现状进行了全面而系统的调查与分析。结果表明 ,中学体育教师存在着年龄结构偏高、学历层次较低、专业面较窄、职称结构不尽合理、教学训练环境较差等现实问题。针对存在的问题 ,提出了一些相应的改进措施与发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comprehensive and systematic research were carried out on the current situation of age composition,academic level,knowledge structure,professional structure,working condition and teaching or training environment of high school P.E. teachers of Hubei Province. The result showed that there were problems including age composition,low academic level,limited knowledge,improper professional structure and bad teaching and training environments and so forth. In view of these problems,improving measures and developing countermeasures to settle the problems were introduced.更多还原
