【Abstract】 Some conventional water-treatment methods and membrane technology are introduced and categorized in this paper, and their respective merits and shortcomings are indicated. The prospects of membrane separation technology,the means to solve some problems that restrict the application of membrane technology,and the combination of water treatment technologies are pointed out. At last, the progress in the field of water treatment is discussed, and that membrane separation technology is the optimum approach to solve the problem of lack of water is concluded.更多还原
