德兴铜矿堆浸厂浸出率低的原因探讨

【摘要】 针对德兴铜矿堆浸厂 2 0 0 3年 5月~ 7月份浸出率低 ,生产指标难以完成的状况 ,展开了生产情况的考察和浸出体系的细菌的亚铁和元素硫的氧化能力 ,结果表明浸出液中pH值高、细菌浓度低、Fe3 + 浓度低、矿石表面细菌吸附量少 ,细菌的传代期 (≥ 7.13h)普遍偏长 ,而且存在矿堆地表沉积水较库存浸出液 (浸出液水库和酸性水库 )中的传代期短、亚铁氧化速率快的规律。相反 ,对于元素硫的氧化能力则大致相同。通过这些结果认为 ,若要提高浸出率 ,加硫酸降低 pH值至 2 .0、添加营养物提高喷淋液中细菌浓度、实施松动爆破是必要的

【Abstract】 An investigation into inefficient leaching has been made in Heap Bioleaching Plant of Dexing Copper Mine from May to July in 2003 which includes surveys of production process, and the efficiency of microbial oxidation to S0 and Fe2+. The results show that pH is high, bacteria and ferric concentration are thin, the reproduction intervals(≥7.13 h) is long in leachate, and the bacteria adsorption on the ores is less. Further more, the bacteria’ reproduction intervals of deposited leachate in the heap is longer than that of leachate reservoir, corresponding for these two kinds of samples for bacteria’ Fe2+ oxidation efficiency, while the S0 oxidation efficiency both are similar. From the results achived, it is necessary to add sulfuric acid to degrade pH to 2.0, add nutrients to enhance bacteria concentration of leachate, and blast to aerate, if wanted, to enhance the leaching efficiency.
